I don't have the best climbing endurance. And the thing is, at this gym, most of the limit boulders I can actually accomplish are power endurance boulders. BUT - as my technique has developed over the years, I've figured out a way to last much longer on a climb without necessarily needing to increase my endurance itself. This video is a perfect example of just that. It wasn't until I watched video of myself climbing, for beta, that I realized I was wasting so much unnecessary energy via hesitations, moving too slow, readjusting - just general overexertion on many moves. So I cleaned it up! Accuracy, speed, and using just enough energy to do each move and being mindful of these things throughout the climb are going to be my best weapons when battling fatigue.
