About 100 KG fresh spinach collected from farmer spinach farm and then women clean and cutting the spinach into small small pieces. Then women fry all the black beans/gram/lentils in empty pot and then they clean the black gram and boiled it in water. Then mixed up black beans & spinach and added all kind of spice ingredient need to prepare the tasty spinach mixed black beans mashed curry. This black beans called in Bengali "Mashkalai Dal" and this food called "Sak Kalai Ghonto". We have all the spice ingredient name as English subtitle with the video. After finish cooking black gram mashed curry women serve the food to whole village people. This food program was arranged & funded by AroundmeBD youtube channel.
