There's a lot of bugs in this chapter. Firstly every time I would get stuck where the let's say the 3 antagonists appear. You need to kill the first slayer when Hermes stops talking then the second slayer when Horace stops talking and at final Doctor Killjoy and also don't shift back to the human form when you killed the last slayer in monster form, just wait for the cutscene to end then you can shift back to the human form. Secondly when you encounter Horace at the prison bars he fails to play the disappearance animation and instead he will walk like a zombie endlessly through the hallway and the rest are changes as you'll see in this video. #thesuffering
