Dusty miller thrives in lowlight, filtered light, and full sun. But I suggest that you grow your dusty miller in filtered light or full sun that receives 6 hours to 8 hours of sunlight. When transplanting dusty millers, you need to add organic matter to the soilmix. Soilmix should be well draining to avoid being soggy. Watering of dusty miller should be once a week in the filtered light. In the fullsun area, it should be twice a week.
