Rare British Hesketh Motorcycle

Rare British Hesketh Motorcycle This is a very unique find and the name Hesketh would be more famous around the Formula One circles as well as James Hunt. Lord Hesketh, a petrol head himself, started a Formula 1 team in 1973 and entered James Hunt as his star driver. This team ran until 1978 and James hunt even managed to win a Grand Prix for the team at the Dutch GP in 1975. Lord Hesketh wanted to revive the proud British motorcycle industry in the 80's with his own creation. In 1982 the first Hesketh V1000 was delivered and only 149 bikes were built by the time the company liquidated in August 1982.
