Because when you look at actual fuel demand data, this diesel panic story starts collapsing immediately: ✅ UK-wide diesel demand is only down around 2% year-on-year ✅ Overall fuel demand is actually UP around 2% ✅ Meaning drivers aren’t all “going electric” — many are switching to petrol or hybrid, not BEVs ✅ And in London? Diesel demand per station is UP… yet we’re told it’s vanishing 🤡 So no — forecourts aren’t about to run dry. Diesel isn’t dying.
