A legendary collaboration with a renowned brand and skater. Alongside DGK and Chicago’s own pro skater Chaz Ortiz, the Chicago White Sox created a limited retail collection inspired by those who have made it against all odds. The collection officially launched at Uprise Skateshop in Chicago on August 18 and Chaz threw out a ceremonial first pitch on August 21 before the White Sox took on the Seattle Mariners. DGK, a skate brand founded in 2002 by pro skater Stevie Williams known for their unique apparel and deck collections, has grown to on of the largest skate brands in the world. In 2020, the DGK team signed Chaz Ortiz to their crew of professional skaters where he has continued to compete, even collaborating on his own capsule collections for the brand.
