Best Natural Hair Wash Day Routine for Maximum Length Retention !

In this video I’m showing you my shampoo routine for maximum length retention. My hair is divided into 8 sections and I’ve applied my apple cider vinegar mix the day before and I let it sit overnight. I start with rinsing my hair with water to get out all of the apple cider vinegar. Here I use my anti-dandruff shampoo that I mix with water in an application bottle to save some shampoo and facilitate its application on my scalp. As you can see, I shampoo my hair in sections and I concentrate the shampoo on my scalp. I rub my scalp in a back and forth motion, but not a circular one to avoid formation of knots. I use one hand to rub my scalp and the other hand to hold the section down, to also avoid formation of knots. Once I’ve finished rubbing my scalp, I redo the twist, then I do the same thing to the other sections of my hair. If shampoo in the application bottle runs out, I just add more shampoo and dilute it with water. Once I’ve finished applying the shampoo all over my scalp and redone the twists, I rinse everything. After shampooing my hair, I apply my conditioner. As you can see, I still work by sections of hair and sometimes it happens that my hair tangles at the root. So I unravel the tangled section in order to detangle them better later. I thoroughly wet my hair to weigh them down and make the detangling process easier. Then, I apply the conditioner and I separate my hair into two sections. Also, I often apply some oil on the tip of my hair. It helps a lot with the detangling process and adds sheen to my hair. Here, I use avocado oil and I apply about 10 drops of this oil for each section of hair. I detangle my hair with my fingers to avoid tension, it also avoids breakage and it’s an excellent method to use if you want to preserve your strands. As you can see, I separate my hair in smaller sections and I smooth my hair down to easily detect the knots and remove shed hair. I do the same thing to all the sections of hair. I redo each twist as I finish a section of hair, exactly like the shampooing part of the video. Once I’m finished detangling my hair with the conditioner, I rinse everything without removing the twists. I thoroughly squeeze my hair to eliminate water.
