Judy Lancaster spent 30 years in sales at Sony, where her work shaped her with resilience, adaptability, and confidence. But as her values evolved, so did her vision for life. After a divorce and a bold decision to leave her corporate role, she set out on a five-year journey of travel and self-discovery, much of it spent volunteering with children in underserved communities in Panama. When the pandemic brought her back to Canada, Judy followed a calling to support others through life’s challenges. Now a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, she offers trauma-informed, heart-centered care to those navigating anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship struggles, life transitions, and healing from trauma.
