SNOW STORY WEST SOMERSET Part 3 MARCH 3rd 2018

We see what conditions are like in the centre of Watchet following the heaviest local snow storm for many years.The two previous days had almost full time snow fall, were so cold with a really piercing wind so that scarcely anybody went out of doors unless they had to! The wind had almost stopped entirely when i left home so i thought I could use my still camera which has no anti wind protection for the video, being easier to keep dry than my relatively large camcorder, going into my pocket between takes, but sadly the wind and the snow got worse as the day went on. Viewers may be interested to see a series of videos I took in the snow back in 2010 which is also on YouTube. I went to other local areas. There was much less local housing then.
