This is the first episode of an entirely new series. I intend to keep these episodes as simple and real as possible. No fancy edits, and minimal plugs. I will film and edit everything you see myself. Please be patient with me and open to its evolution. I've recently turned 40 years old. I decided it was time to do something big. So I purchased 12 stunning acres, full of giant redwoods, a year round creek, open sunny knolls and fern gullies. There's room for a pasture with livestock, chicken coops, a domicile hand crafted, barns, a mill, zip line platforms high in the trees, bridges, pathways, sauna and studio by the creek, the list goes on. Most importantly, I will craft the greatest outdoor cooking space the world has ever known. Equipped with every imaginable apparatus, experimental and not, all made by hand. I invite you to follow along on this extended journey where I will also unravel the mystery behind developing a piece of land. From visiting county offices, getting the appropriate permits, learning to use heavy machinery, milling my own beautiful lumber, gardening, construction, raising livestock, living off grid. You name it, I'll be doing it. And I'll be documenting the entire experience in case you have had a similar dream. Thank you for all the years of patronage on my instagram and social media platforms.
