Residents at Midway Square Townhomes on Flint’s south side say living conditions in the complex are deteriorating, with some reporting ongoing problems that include a lack of hot water, broken appliances and unsafe flooring. One resident, Sarah Farr, said she has lived at Midway Square since 2018 and that issues in her unit have only gotten worse. Farr said she, her husband and their four children live in the townhome because it is the only place they can afford.
