🎥 How to Play – The Last in the Woods 🌲 Here’s the long-promised video where we show you how our game works – step by step 🔥 1–5 players | Ages 10+ | 15–45 min Rule clarifications can be found below 👇 🔹 Event Cards • Before creating the Event deck, remove the Calm Day card – it is always the first event. 🔹 Resources & Supply Bank • Food (berries, honey) can never be placed in the supply bank. If it appears there, replace it with another resource. • You cannot take iron or wood from exploration or from the supply bank unless you have a pickaxe / axe. • The supply bank changes after the Event deck is completed or whenever four identical resources appear in it. 🔹 Actions • Reactions required directly by an Event card (e.g. killing an animal or discarding a resource) are not actions. • Eating and drinking from your supplies do not count as actions – supplies save your actions for other things. • Each turn, you may perform 3 actions of your choice. 🔹 Supplies • Supplies include everything you physically have with you as components: berries, honey, meat token, and water token. 🔹 Game Flow • Players take turns clockwise. • Each turn, you resolve a random event. • Every turn you must eat and drink – otherwise you lose a life (separately for hunger and thirst). 🌲 Game Overview • Players: 1–5 (a full solo mode Survival Journal is planned) • Recommended age: 10+ (many younger players have handled it as well) • Playtime: 15–45 minutes • A fast, intuitive game with high replayability – plan your strategy or simply react to whatever the next day brings 🔥 ☀️ Thank you for watching the video all the way to the end.
