Believed to be 150 million years old and connected to the Pandavas from the Mahabharata, they feature impressive stalactite and stalagmite formations, popular with spelunking enthusiasts. 📍Location & Access: Located in the Budher Valley near Chakrata, accessed by a 2.5 to 3 km trek from the Forest Rest House (FRH) in Budher. Structure: The caves are natural limestone formations featuring narrow, challenging passages, requiring careful navigation. Best Time to Visit: Considered ideal for a snow view during winter, with surrounding, scenic green pastures. Moila Top (or Moila Bugyal), often called "Mini Kashmir," is a serene, high-altitude meadow near Chakrata in Uttarakhand, India, popular for trekking, camping, and panoramic Himalayan views. Located at ~2,761m, it features a 2.5km moderate trek through dense Deodar forests to a top with a temple, grazing horses, and nearby Budher Caves.
