Pioneer Woman crochet towel topper pattern re-worked to make sense! SO many people loved the kit...but hated the nonsensical pattern!! 1. Ch. 33, SC in 2nd ch. from hook across for 32 SC stitches. 2. Ch. 2, turn. DC in each st. across (32) 3. Ch. 2, turn. DC in first st. Alternate a Front post DC and a Back post DC across, DC in last st. (note: you can substitute reg. double crochet for FP & BP stitches if desired here and throughout the rest of pattern) 4. Ch. 2, turn. DC 32 across. 5. Same as row 3. 6. Ch. 2, turn. DC in first st. Sk one st, dc in next, to end of row. 7. Ch. 2, turn. DC in each st. and chain space across (25) 8. Ch. 2, turn. DC in first st. Alternate FPDC+BPDC across, DC in last st. 9. Same as row 6. 10. Ch. 2, turn. DC in each DC across (skip the chain spaces) should have 12 DC, s at this point. 11. Same as row 3. 12. Same as row 10. 13. Ch. 2, turn. DC in each st. across (6) 14-21. Same as row 13. 22. Ch. 2, turn. 2 DC, chain 2, 2 DC 23. Ch. 2, turn. 2 DC, 2DC in ch. space, 2 DC. (Rows 22 & 23 makes the buttonhole)!
