Epididymis: A well-defined cystic mass is seen in the left epididymal region, measuring approximately 2.45 cm x 1.70 cm. The lesion contains clear fluid with internal septations, suggesting a septated spermatocele or epididymal cyst. No evidence of hydrocele or varicocele on either side.
