Hey y’all, Welcome back to my channel! Today we are making Blondies, which is for me a comfort food. The kiddos are going back to school in the snow and I wanted to welcome them home with something warm and delicious for dessert. So I’m making Blondies. Here are the ingredients. Ingredients ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter, melted & slightly cooled 1 cup (200 g) light brown sugar, packed 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk, room temp 1½ tsp vanilla extract 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour ½ tsp salt ½ tsp baking powder Optional mix-ins (pick 1–2): ¾ cup white or dark chocolate chips ½ cup toasted pecans or walnuts ½ cup butterscotch chips I hope you enjoy today’s video and I hope you come back to visit me in my kitchen at Memaw’s house.
