Bangladeshi Model-Actress Arrested In Kolkata With Fake Indian Identity Cards | India Today News

A Bangladeshi model and actress, identified as 28-year-old Shanta Pal from Barisal, has been arrested in Kolkata for possessing fake Indian identity documents. The anti-rowdy section of the Kolkata police apprehended her from a rented room in the Jadavpur area. Among the seized items were a fake Aadhaar card, a fake voter ID card, and a counterfeit ration card. Authorities discovered she was residing in the city without a valid visa. The police are now investigating the origins of these fraudulent documents, with a reporter noting, "whether a big bracket is behind all these fake documents are not these are the all the part of investigation which is carrying on by Calcutta police."
