Milk: 1.5-2 litres Dates: 7-8 (chopped) Condensed milk: 100ml Sugar: 2-3 tbsp (Depends upon your liking) Almonds: 12-15 Cashews: 12-15 Pistachios: 2-3 tbsp Seviyan: 80g Ghee: 3-4 tbsp Cardamom powder: 1/2 tsp -Lightly chop your nuts, and set them aside. In a large stainless steel kadhai, add in 1.5 litres of full fat milk. (Add 2 litres if you want to cook it for longer) -Bring the milk to a boil and let it simmer. Deseed and chop the dates, add them into the milk. Add cardamom powder along with this. -Let the milk cook for 20-25 minutes until reduced to 2/3. Add in the condensed milk and sugar. Mix and cook. -In a separate kadai, heat ghee on medium low heat. Add in your chopped nuts and toast them lightly till fragrant. -Once almost done, add in the seviyan and toast them lightly. -Add the toasted nuts and noodles into the cooked milk on low heat. Mix it around lightly till the seviyan is cooked and cohesive. -Taste for sugar, add milk to adjust the consistency according to your liking.
