Well, nylon melts under this laser beam instead of burning and evaporating, so it is hard to create a consistent groove. Additionally the heat bends the pick. On top of that each pick was a different thickness so I just couln't set up the machine to get it right because the next pick was different. So, totally random experiments. Why the Cactus one was the best looking one? Because the design is quite lighter and doesn't heat the pick that much. ▶Follow Cactus!
