The next steps are optional but highly recommended. Put the meat into a bowl, cover it with cold water, and then vigorously shake and massage it. Transfer the meat to a strainer and squeeze out the water. Next, place the meat back into a bowl, add a tiny bit of baking soda (about 1/8 teaspoon), and stir to combine. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small, bite-sized pieces. Put them into a microwave-safe container and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. In the meantime, scoop out half an avocado and place it in a bowl with a pinch of salt and some lime juice. Mash it with a fork, then add cream cheese and stir to combine. Follow that with finely chopped tomatoes and bell pepper. Give everything a good stir. Stir-fry the microwaved potatoes in 6g of oil with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes over medium-high heat. Push them to the side of the pan, add another 2g of oil, and then add the beef with another pinch of salt. Cook the beef for just 1 minute on each side. At the very end, add black pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder. Give everything a final stir so the seasonings get toasted.
