With the popularity of red dot pistol optics there are many options. New RMR LED versions are $400+ skip to the 10 minute mark to see reticles you can find cheaper used dual illuminated RMR's and Chinese brands such as Holosun that have a good reputation. RDS does help me shoot better with aging eyes. The ones I go over are NVG compatible too. I also briefly go over the Bushnell RXS-250 Reflex Sight that can be found new under $200 and is NVG compatible.
