One of the men, indicated that at first they didn't think it was a real body; "It was hard to tell if it was Halloween prank or mannequin that was burned." The prime suspect is now Jeffrey Morris, who is described by police as a homeless transient with an extensive criminal record. Morris was arrested on July 31st. His past run-ins with the law include a 1989 conviction for rape in Pontiac. At this time he is in jail awaiting trial, and will not be released - there is no bond set. Susie Zhao, 33, was known on the professional poker playing circuit as “Susie Q”. She had some successful runs on The World Series of Poker Main Events.
