Tasty Healthy breakfast Snacks - Rava Snack Ingredients : Jaggery - 200g Grated coconut - 250g Banana leaves Cardamom - 7-8 nos Small banana - 5 nos Cashew nuts - 100g Ghee - 2 tsp Dry grapes - 100g Salt - 1 tsp Roasted rava - 1/2 kg Rice flour - 1 cup Method : To prepare a delicious steamed banana dessert, begin by heating a pan, adding jaggery with some water, and letting it dissolve completely. Meanwhile, grate fresh coconut and set it aside. Once the jaggery syrup is ready, strain it to remove impurities. Place a steaming pot on the stove, cut banana leaves into small pieces, steam them lightly, and set aside. Grind cardamom on a grinding stone to make a fine powder and keep it ready. Slice ripe bananas into small, round pieces and chop cashews into small bits by hand. Heat ghee in a pan, add the cashews, and sauté until golden. Add dry grapes, fry briefly, and remove them from the pan. In the same ghee, sauté the banana slices until fragrant. Pour in the jaggery syrup and mix well. Add the grated coconut along with a pinch of salt and the cardamom powder, stirring thoroughly. Gradually incorporate roasted rava and rice flour, blending it well with a spatula. Finally, mix in the fried cashews and dry grapes. Let the mixture cool slightly. Take a piece of banana leaf, spread a portion of the mixture onto it, fold the leaf to cover, and place it in the steamer. Steam for a few minutes until cooked. This aromatic and flavorful dessert is now ready to serve!
