Russet potatoes 1 cup finely diced celery 1/2 cup finely diced yellow or sweet onion 3 hard boiled eggs 1 cup Duke's mayonnaise 1 Tbsp regular yellow mustard 3 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar 1 1/2 Tsp salt, plus 1 Tbsp added to boiling potatoes. 1 Tsp sugar 1/4 Tsp black pepper 1 Tbsp Basil dry 1 Tsp Oregano dry Parsley flakes or fresh for top garnish
