Once the arrival of the new airport was made public people started buying up this land and building at a phenomenal rate more than any I have ever seen anywhere in America. In addition at the time of March 2014 I can only remember one Korean store that said Korean groceries on the front and that store is still there but it was the only non-Filipino business that I can actually remember. I lived in Alona Beach for several months and not much change until the announcing of the new airport. Now if you watch this series of 7 videos you are going to see the transformation CULTURALLY wise that I didn't think was possible or even allowED... According to the Philippines law. HOWEVER on the Philippines law as long as Filipino owns 60% of the business I would imagine and I'm not sure you can put any name in any language you like on the storefront. THAT IS WHAT SEEMS to be OCCURRING in that many stores are only in the language of KOREAN, CHINESE, JAPANESE,. So what you should do is not only pay attention to the fund that I am having walking down the block but looking at the storefronts and noticing the following; 1] All the new buildings Being constructed. 2] all the Koreans storefronts. 3] all the Chinese storefronts. 4] and all the Japanese storefronts. This will give you an idea of the vast amount of foreign monies that are coming into the Philippines economy and creating new jobs for the construction workers and jobs for the local people in the restaurant and hotel management BUSINESSES .Again this is the first of 7 videos that Should be posted on 7 consecutive days so thanks for watching please remember to give Daisy and I thumbs up.!
