In January we spent 20 days crossing one of the most remote wilderness areas in Europe: Sarek National Park and parts of Padjelanta National Park in northern Sweden. Our goal was to attempt to reach Europe’s Point of Inaccessibility (of continental western europe) - the place furthest away from any road on the continent. This location lies deep within the fjäll of northern Sweden.
