Microsoft Teams: Control who can Record

In this video, I share how to manage who can record your Microsoft Teams meetings. With meetings I organize, I can record, but so can other Presenters. Presenters are other users in my organization invited to the meeting. As of today, the video recording lives in the OneDrive account of the user that clicks Record. It is located in the Recordings folders in OneDrive. This is a massive issue for many Teams users. Microsoft has it on the Roadmap to change this, but until then, here are my suggestions and a great feature in Teams Premium, which I love, that allows me to restrict who can record. This improves the compliance of recordings as meeting organizers can then manage access permissions and recording file management.
