I have seen the benefits I myself experienced, also come to fruition in the life of my students. Here we describe how you can begin to develop ambidexterity through penmanship and how it may actually accelerate your progress within the practice. This basic exercise exemplified will gently start the process and is easy enough for anyone to get started. I consider ambidexterity to be one of the greatest life hacks and my only wish is that I would had learned it earlier in life! Michael J. Lavery is a pioneer of ambidexterity and his book Whole Brain Power contains a plethora of information on what takes place neurologically within the body and brain when one begins to train the brain through ambidexterity. I highly recommend you look up his book and content for more information. Good luck on your journey to ambidexterity through Practical Penmanship! #PracticalPenmanship
