Sorry for the lagging but the new breach is really killing my poor laptop Anyway, the new weapon actually not bad working with flicker strike. Now you can try flicker strike in a fire build which is quite rare as I remember. (Ten_Frenzy_Flicker once made one before, but overall fire damage is still minority.) And it is relatively budget-friendly for a flicker strike build. Around 30~50D will do, maybe even less because there are some fancy items which are not necessary like the +8lv body armour, the normal one is just fine. Also, it is not a glass cannon as I invested some on the def side. 1. 65% attack&spell block chance 2. 8 endurance charges 3. 4800 life, 10% reduced dmg. taken while leeching, 20 fortification etc. 4. Arctic Armour + Tempest Shield + Steelskin etc. Able to do most of the map except elem. dmg. reflection.
