Strain the mixture in a plate, again grind the residue and stir it. Lastly bring the residue with sugar and strain it. Take cold milk and pour in glasses. Add 3 table spn of the thandai mixture to the glasses and mix well keep the glasses in refrigerator for 25 min so that grounded nuts are soaked well. Put ice cubes to the glasses and add 2 drops of rose essense. Stir well decorate the glasses with chopped nuts and rose petals. Now the Thandai is ready to drink.
