This time I'm using the Trangia Mini to make one of my favourite street foods and also testing out my new T27 kettle. Recipes, 1 serving 1 chorizo 1 mini baguette or french bread bun 2-3 tbsp chimichurri 2-3 tbsp chili mayo 2-3 tbsp salsa criolla Chimichurri: 1,5 dl olive oil 2 tbsp red wine vinegar 1,5-2 dl chopped leaf parsley 1 tbsp dried oregano 1 tbsp paprika powder or aji molido 1,5 tsp chili flakes 2-3 cloves of garlic salt, peppar Salsa criolla: 2 ripe tomatoes 1/2 onion 2 tsp white wines vinegar 1/2 tsp salt Chili mayo: 1 cup mayo 2 crushed garlig cloves Your favourite chili to taste Salt to taste This video is not sponsored in any way, shape or form by any stores or manufacturers.
