Hello and welcome back to Piddle in the Marsh. Just a short video today because at long last Dapol's XC HST has arrived. I can not remember how long it has been on order but it's finally here. Now very occasionally I have been known to criticise Dapol for the quality of the product, but not this time, it has run beautifully straight from the box. Obviously I ran it in first in both directions, firstly the powered car on its own and then with the dummy. It's fitted with a Zimo Next18 decoder, (take note Revolution Trains) so I have all the braking functions of which I am used to having ! Anyway, it runs great and so far, the motor is very quiet !
