Prop D changes the way St. Louisans vote in our local elections, and the Forest Park Southeast Neighborhood Association wants to make sure that you are ready to cast a ballot! Prop D switches the St. Louis voting system from "Plurality Voting" to "Approval Voting", where voters choose every candidate they approve of in the March 2 primary. In other words, you vote for as many candidates as you like. This is intended to reduce the likelihood that a voter strategically chooses a candidate that isn't their first choice in order to block their least preferred candidate. The top two most approved candidates proceed the the April 6 runoff, the General Election, where voters choose between the two most preferred candidates. This video is brought to you by the Forest Park Southeast Neighborhood Association and is produced by Brian Adler using Biteable. http://www.forestparksoutheast.com/
