Using my February 2026 Currently Page for Mental Health and Therapy Thoughts | Creative Journaling

In this video I create my February currently page in my Classic Happy Planner journal. I used a cloud theme and plan on filling each cloud with a thought I’ve been working through in therapy. I do fill out a couple of them in the video. As I make the page, I also talk openly about my mental health, what I’ve been struggling with, and how journaling and planning help me process things. This is both a creative planning video and an honest conversation about mental health and self talk. I think it's helpful to use your planner to help process trauma, which I have been dealing with for many years.
