KGL is gaining a lot of popularity and there is a big reason behind it. The beauty of the Kashmir Great Lakes Trek is simply out of the world. It is home to crystal clear alpine lakes, bedsheets of bright beautiful flowers and endless expanses of lush green grass. Many times during this trek, I caught myself asking if what I am seeing is even real. The greens are too green and the blues are too blue, so much so that you feel teleported to a dream world.
