Part 1: implant warranty issues Many of the older saline and silicone implants should be replaced around the 10 year mark. The newer silicone cohesive gel implants have shown very promising reults as far as longevity goes, with both Allergan @natrellebreastaugmentation and @motivaimplants lasting potentially 15-20 years. The most important thing is to have regular check ups with your surgeon.
