Moonstone's combat resolution is fairly complex but plays really fast and easy once you learn how it works. The complication lies in trying to judge which card to play considering your equipment versus your opponent's equipment and your special attack versus their special attack. The card mechanic itself is fairly simple and the fact that each card shows a table of what you can expect from your opponent's cards makes it easy to read and resolve.
