Greek dishes are typically lighter with simple, clean flavors highlighted by acid and fine olive oil, while Egyptian dishes are bolder with aromatic spices. You’ll experience this for yourself in dishes that include crispy shrimp seasoned with mango and coconut; golden zucchini fritters finished with dill and lemon; and a classic Greek salad with briny olives and sweet tomatoes.
