Practicing Bach's Prelude 2 in C-minor, Book 1 (BWV 847)

I've got a live-wire here, with this Prelude No. 2 in C-minor (BWV 847) from Book 1 of The Well-Tempered Clavier (1722) by J.S. Bach! Here's a few minutes of my practice session on this piece, from today, March, 13, 2026. Chapters: 0:00 Sheet music 0:11 m. 1-27 - Focused mainly on pulse 1:42 m. 1-27 - Focused on tone, finger pedal & voicing 4:17 m. 28-33 (Presto/Canon section) - Focused on tone, finger pedal & voicing 5:17 m. 34-35 (Adagio) - Focused on tone, finger pedal & phrasing 5:42 m. 36-end (Allegro) - Focused on tone, voicing & technical security 6:42 Run-thru, trying to combine all the things, plus resolving a glitch near end 8:54 m. 28-33 (Presto/Canon section) - Technical work on togetherness of hands & voicing 11:46 m. 28-end - Run-thru Overall, I was pleased with this practice session. Reflecting upon it, I know that I need to work on getting a stable pulse, tighter rhythmic control and cleaner articulation, especially in my left hand. I've also some technical work to do in the Canon section (Presto). As well, I want to keep playing around with voicing as I really feel the possibilities are endless here!
