Start with full HP and full Energy (except for Skirk). Enemy is Level 100 with 10% Resistance. And I definitely didn't intentionally stop at the 67-second mark (hmm...) I think these numbers would improve significantly if you had Escoffier's signature weapon. I also ran another test where I added ~32% ATK (simulating the buff from her signature weapon), and the result was around 240-250k DPS (it could be even higher in practice because the actual damage from Escoffier herself would be much greater).
