(ddlc), and one of the five members and President of the Literature Club. The club consists of monika, yuri, sayori, and natsuki. monika is the driving force of the game, instructing the club members to practice writing poems until the club festival which itself facilitates and develops the characters and story. Monika is noted by the other characters to be smart, confident and athletic. monika is not as talkative as the other girls yuri sayori and natsuki, but this is implied to not be through choice. monika ddlc is also known to be quite popular, which causes the protagonist to have an admiration for monika. monika always has a calm, gentle expression and is portrayed as mature and hard-working. monaca towa: Monaca Towa is an elementary school-aged girl. monaca has short green hair tied with a red ribbon and matching eyes with a distinct manji pattern as the iris. monaca wears a knee-length dress with a decal of a pelvis and spine on its back. monaca towa wears the silver Warriors of Hope badge on the collar of her dress. Because of monaca towa’s charming personality, all of the Warriors of Hope including nagisa, masaru, jataro, and kotoko love her and try their best to keep monaca happy and go along with what monaca towa wants. However, it's slowly revealed that monaca is actually manipulative and cunning behind her friendly facade.
