From it's engine acceleration, to it's overall cornering speed. Strong enough to be somewhere slightly below the top cars in Circuit Spec. Despite that, keep in mind that it requires a specific driving style to bring the best out of the M4 F82 Circuit spec. Like the Perf spec, if you brake dive, you will get this drifting understeer and this will cost you speed at corner exits. So brake a bit early and get a smooth line to allow the car's traction to exit corners quickly. But one major weakness of the M4 is it's a bit drifty at high speeds thus can cost a lot of speed when turning. Also it has weak downforce, meaning you need to be extra careful on corners that can send you flying. Again, if you miss out on this car, no worries as the top Circuit spec cars are still stronger.
