According to the report, the mosque was built using parts of the old temple. The Hindu community considers the Bhojshala, protected by the ASI, to be a temple dedicated to Goddess Saraswati, while the Muslim side calls this 11th-century monument the Kamal Maula Mosque. The ASI report, presented before the Indore bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, has been submitted to the parties.
