http://www.RoadTestTV.com SRTMUSH dropped the mic at Cecil County Dragway on April 29, 2018 when he laid down a 9.34 @ 148.9 mph and bested Hennessey's Demon 1/4 mile record of 9.36 @ 146 mph. Things are getting real.... Dodge hasn't finished building all of the 3,300 Demon yet, and private owners are knocking on the door of 8 second 1/4 mile passes with relatively minor mods. The Demon's 6.2L Supercharged V8 makes 840 Horsepower and 770 lb-ft of Torque when stock and is backed by an 8 speed automatic transmission with a 3.09 gear. SRT MUSH's Demon has the following mods: 1700cc injectors, E85 conversion, tune, 2.65 upper pulley, catless mid-pipe, Hoosier Tires. It's safe to assume MUSH's Demon is making in excess of 900 hp at the wheel and over 1,000 hp at the crank. It will be interesting to see hpw the Demon responds to a lower pulley and more boost.
