Today we continue our trek in Peru around The Sacred Valley. We started from the town of Ollantaytambo, and today we’re high in the hills. We wake up camping in a big glass dome above Ollantaytambo, and then we hike further into the mountains via an unknown Inca Trail. The trail we are hiking on is pretty much unknown to tourists, so we have it all to ourselves. We get very close to a glacier, try to understand the life of the porters carrying our luggage, have lunch in the middle of nowhere far in the mountains, and find a secluded stone house to camp at where we meet some real mountain locals.
