LEO Agriculture’s heavy duty hydraulic push gate spreaders are designed heavier, smarter and stronger. The 80 series spreader is designed to create the most perfect spread pattern in most conditions. LEO Agriculture's hydraulic push gate spreader is available in either a mechanical drive system utilizing a drive shaft and gearbox or in a self contained hydraulic drive system on the machine. This allows the end user to choose which system he prefers. Maintenance and wear is significantly reduced with the hydraulic drive system. The LEO 80 series spreaders utilize a 1/3 moving floor, this carries a third of the load from the front to the back of the machine and then cleans off with the pusher. This reduces compaction and load the psuher has to move. The LEO Agriculture 8050 machine is heavy built to withstand any condition. The durable steel support structure allows for less bending under load and longer life. The 1/2" beater flighting is heavier than most competition to allow for longer life. The Beater tips are made from an abrasive resistant material to not only last longer, but also able to be flipped to the opposite side beater for a new external tip. The 80 series spreaders also feature a stainless steel pan below and behind the beaters to extend the efficiency and life of the machine
