Jessica Sen, M.A.Ed., LPCC-S, CCHMC is therapist, supervisor, educator, and director at Grow Well Cleveland, LLC in Lakewood, Ohio. As a former special educator, she has experience working with individuals and families in office and school-based settings. Jessica has worked with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of symptoms related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, cognitive disabilities, trauma, and other behavioral disorders. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as CBT, DBT, and other person-centered approaches. Holly Chalkwater, M.A., LPCC-S is a mental health therapist who works with children/adolescents, adults, and families. Holly currently works at Grow Well Cleveland, LLC which is a private practice in Lakewood, Ohio. She has experience working with individuals and families in both office-based and school-based settings. Holly has worked with children and adolescents experiencing a range of symptoms related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral disorders, life adjustments, self-esteem, etc. She has completed training in Parent Management Training (PMT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) which are both evidence-based approaches prevalent in treating mental health conditions in children. Parent Management Training focuses on evidence-based skills parents and children can use together to manage behavioral concerns within the household.
