Putin says Russia has successfully carried out test of nuclear-powered cruise missile

A Russian air strike has killed at least three people in the Ukrainian capital. The attack hit two high-rise buildings in Kyiv in the early hours of Sunday. Kyiv has accused Moscow of trying to cause a “humanitarian catastrophe” as the cold weather sets in. Russia says it's responding to Ukrainian drone attacks on its capital. Meanwhile, President Vladimir Putin has visited a military outpost saying Russia has successfully carried out a test of a nuclear-powered cruise missile.
