7% off on DistroKid: https://distrokid.com/vip/seven/594525 This is a tricky chord progression to play over, and there are many options. There isn't really one scale that works over all of these chords so we have to switch. The chords are: E minor, F# major, A minor, E major, all two bars each. The E minor to F# major move is a common chord move in dark, mysterious film music. Examples: The E dorian #4 scale (same notes as B harmonic minor) over the E minor and the F# major. E natural minor over the A minor and then raise the G to a G# over the E major (which would be an E mixolydian b6 scale). If we want to anticipate the C# note in the F# major chord we can play E mixolydian over the E major instead. You can also play the regular E dorian or E minor pentatonic over the E minor, and just play through the F# major arpeggio, and go to A minor pentatonic followed by E major pentatonic. Experiment and use your ears. Tempo: 90 bpm
